By using Planvana, you agree to these Terms.
Service Providers confirm they have obtained proper consent before entering customer phone numbers into the platform.
Description of service
Planvana provides appointment scheduling and automated appointment messaging tools for independent service providers.
We do not provide services directly to End Users.
SMS terms (A2P-required)
By providing a phone number, End Users agree to receive SMS messages related to appointments, including confirmations and reminders.
- Message frequency varies
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to opt out
- Reply HELP for assistance
SMS messages are informational and transactional, not marketing.
Service Provider responsibilities
Service Providers agree to:
- Obtain explicit consent before sending SMS messages
- Use SMS only for appointment-related communication
- Comply with all applicable SMS, privacy, and consumer protection laws
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Send promotional or marketing messages without proper consent
- Send spam or unrelated messages
- Misuse the platform or attempt to bypass messaging controls

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planvana is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
